Eurobox Self Storage is a leading company in the rental of storage space in the Netherlands. We now have branches in eight locations, including Rotterdam, Gouda and Dordrecht. In 2024 we will open our ninth branch in Breda. In these locations we offer more than 30 different sizes of storage units, for short or long term, including insurance and with no hidden costs. All our units are excellently secured, with CCTV, burglar alarms, individual unit alarms and access-control systems. We also offer additional services such as P.O. Box rental and the hire of a panel van or enclosed trailer.

We are looking to expand our friendly and committed team. We have vacancies for sales representatives in Rotterdam, Breda and Dordrecht. As an employee you are responsible for the branch! This involves informing new customers, advising existing customers on the best storage solution for their needs, and maintaining good relationships with them. You will work in one of our branches—where we will accommodate your location preference as much as possible—and you will guide potential customers around our facilities. You are enthusiastic, customer-focused, results-oriented and a strong communicator.

As a sales representative you are the first point of contact for our customers. You will answer phone calls and emails, prepare quotes and reservations, process contracts and payments, and ensure accurate administration. You will work closely with the sales team and branch managers. You are friendly, service-oriented, precise and able to work well under pressure.

What do we ask of you?

• Minimum MBO level of education and thinking
• Experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Good command of Dutch, both spoken and written
• Driving licence B is required
• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends
• Residency in the Rotterdam, Breda or Dordrecht region
