General Terms and Conditions

Below you will find an overview of Eurobox’s General Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all services offered by Eurobox, such as renting a storage unit, P.O. Box, removal van, removal bus, trailer or motorcycle parking space. The General Terms and Conditions will be provided to you before you enter into any agreement with us. We ask you to read them carefully and keep them for your records.

Algemene Voorwaarden behorende bij huurovereenkomst Opslagruimte

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a storage unit at Eurobox. The renter must use the storage unit for its intended purpose and in accordance with Eurobox’s house rules. The renter is responsible for the contents and condition of the storage unit and must return it clean, undamaged and empty at the end of the rental period. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and security of the building in which the storage unit is located.

Algemene Voorwaarden behorende bij huurovereenkomst Postbus

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a P.O. Box at Eurobox. The renter must use the P.O. Box for receiving mail and packages that fit inside the box. The renter may not have dangerous, prohibited or inappropriate items delivered to the P.O. Box. The landlord is responsible for managing and providing access to the P.O. Boxes and will inform the renter of any changes or disruptions.

Algemene Voorwaarden behorende bij huurovereenkomst Verhuiswagen

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a removal van at Eurobox Self Storage. The renter must use the removal van to transport goods that fit within the load compartment and that are not harmful to the van or to third parties. The renter must hold a valid driving licence and comply with traffic regulations. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and insurance of the van and will deliver it with a full tank of fuel.

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a removal bus at Eurobox. The renter must use the removal bus to transport goods that fit within the load compartment and that are not harmful to the bus or to third parties. The renter must hold a valid driving licence and comply with traffic regulations. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and insurance of the bus and will deliver it with a full tank of fuel.

Algemene Voorwaarden behorende bij huurovereenkomst Aanhangwagen

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a trailer at Eurobox. The renter must use the trailer to transport goods that fit within the load compartment and that are not harmful to the trailer or to third parties. The renter must hold a valid driving licence and comply with traffic regulations. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and inspection of the trailer.

Algemene Voorwaarden behorende bij huurovereenkomst Motorstalplaats

These terms govern the rights and obligations of the renter and the landlord of a motorcycle parking space at Eurobox. The renter must use the motorcycle parking space to store a motor vehicle that they own or for which they have authorisation to store. The renter may not place or leave any other items in the motorcycle parking space. The landlord is responsible for the maintenance and security of the parking space and will grant the renter access.

Insurance

Below you will find the comprehensive fire and commercial insurance terms and conditions for private household contents and small-scale business storage, which apply to the storage space agreement concluded with the tenant.

Please note! Motor vehicles stored, both in storage units and in the communal vehicle storage area, are excluded from this insurance and must be insured by you yourself.

It is advisable to inform your insurer that you store your motor vehicle at Eurobox. We meet the insurers’ requirements.

This collective insurance is offered to you free of charge, providing primary coverage of up to €5,000 for each individual storage unit we rent at Eurobox Self Storage. If you have arranged for additional coverage, these insurance terms and conditions also apply to that.
