Announcement of the new Eurobox Self Storage in Breda

The future building to be erected will occupy a prominent site along the Backer en Ruebweg and is located at Spinveld 25 in Breda, in the immediate vicinity of ANAC Carwash, Bouwmaat and Gamma. On the site where the new Eurobox Self Storage branch will be built, Easy Kringloop is currently operating. After demolition, the contractor will begin construction in Q1 2024. It is forecast that the 8,500 m² building will be delivered by mid-Q4 2024. The facility will offer space for approximately 1,000 storage units in total. This will be Eurobox’s ninth branch and, strategically, it will strengthen our market position in the area. Eurobox already has locations in Noordwijk, Hoofddorp, Leiden, Haarlem, Gouda, Rotterdam, Dordrecht and Bergen op Zoom. Eurobox Self Storage remains keen to put the company firmly on the map and plans to continue expanding in the coming years. The building was designed by stripesarchitects, and the construction is being overseen by a former Eurobox employee, Henri Stoop, owner of Bouwmanagement Risto B.V.
