Phase 1 – Marconilaan, Bergen op Zoom
8 April 2025 to 11 April 2025
On Tuesday 8 April, the work section will be closed, with local traffic being directed by a traffic marshal. First, the wearing course will be removed, with the junction with Wattweg remaining open to traffic. Afterwards, various preparatory works for the new wearing course will be carried out.
Note! Businesses are accessible via Drebbelstraat. The junction with Wouwsestraatweg will remain open.
Phase 2 – Marconilaan, Bergen op Zoom
12 April 2025 to 14 April 2025
On Saturday 12 April, the junction with Wattweg will also be closed and the wearing course will be removed along its entire length. Then on Sunday 13 April, the new asphalt wearing course will be applied. This means that the entire work section will be closed to all traffic. On Monday 14 April, the final works will be completed and the Marconilaan can reopen by the end of the day.
Access to Wattweg and Eurobox Self Storage
Wattweg, where Eurobox Self Storage is located, is directly connected to the Marconilaan. Although the aforementioned works mainly concern the Marconilaan, the closures and diversions may indirectly affect the accessibility of our branch.
